We manage requests for assistance using our in-house software (Docupoint). Docupoint organises and plans requests to ensure we process them in the shortest time possible. The time taken to resolve an issue depends on the availability of our technical staff and the nature of the problem to be addressed. There is always the potential for teething problems when installing new technology into a business. So to make sure you get the most out of your newly installed products, our hardware and software technical assistance team is on hand to provide you with swift solutions to any problems you may encounter.
