SHEET FEEDER AND STACKER
FEEDER & STACKER
The Kongsberg Automated Board Feeder and Stacker is the perfect way to increase productivity and give your business a competitive edge. It is an easy-to-use pallet-to-pallet solution. It feeds corrugated board, cardboard and plastic swiftly and accurately from the pallet with 2 feed cycles per minute in a continuous flow of material. By completely eliminating delays caused by loading and unloading boards, table use is optimised.
The feeder and stacker have been developed for the Kongsberg X and Kongsberg C tables. The Feeder (i-BF) and Stacker (i-MF) can be purchased separately. An optional roll feeding unit and extension tables are also available.
ROLL FEEDER
The Kongsberg Motorised Roll Feeder is a wide-format roll feeder with active conveyor system for Esko’s Kongsberg C64 cutting table.
The Kongsberg Motorised Roll Feeder allows you to eliminate inaccurate cuts on soft signage materials due to wrinkles, stretch distortion or imperfectly rewound rolls, even on the most challenging and elastic of substrates.
The Kongsberg Motorised Roll Feeder is the only solution in the flexible signage industry that guarantees perfect cut results on soft materials – from the very first cut right through to the end of the roll.
ROBOTICS
To further eliminate machine and operator downtime and fully exploit the production potential of Kongsberg tables, multi-zone production scheduling can be set up. These zones can be independently loaded with materials. While the material is being processed in one area of the table, the operator (or robot) loads and prepares the other area for finishing. The result is dramatically reduced operator downtime. Your cutting table runs almost without interruption.

Auto Tool Adjust automates the calibration of a tool based on the selected substrate. One of the main innovations of the Auto Tool Adjust function is its integration with a comprehensive materials database, the result of decades of experience in digital finishing. When setting up a job, the operator receives prompts from the system regarding the choice and configuration of tools and blades. This information helps remove the guesswork from job finishing processes. The result is swifter job changes and turnaround times and improved consistency. The risk of damaging expensive materials and variations in quality is also drastically reduced.

The i-cut Production Console (iPC) manages all functions on Kongsberg tables. Optical inspection via video camera, make-ready, tool recognition, calibration and tool adjustments all enhance the performance of the machine operator and are colour-coded so as to draw attention to the right element at the right time.
